Professional Yoyo Player. Now that is a job. Can you imagine getting paid for something you do just for fun? That would be so totally awesome! ![]()
When I was a kid, I wanted to be a video game tester, actually, I still do. It’s still my dream job and hopefully one day, I will be able to fulfill my dreams.
Okay, so back to Professional Yoyo Players. I don’t really know how to handle a yoyo, like I can make it go back and forth a few times, but I can’t do tricks like “walking the dog” and “around the world” and tricks like that. I think that eye to hand coordination is somewhat a key to being able to perform a yoyo trick successfully. Oh and I also heard that anticipating the effect on gravity on the yoyo will also help improve your yoyo skills.
It’s quite hard to believe but some yoyo’s are actually expensive and can cost up to $50 or more. One example of a $50 yoyo is the duncan metal drifter. Although priced at 50 bucks, can you believe this is considered an “affordable” yoyo? Apparently, it is. It is considered as a starter yoyo of some sort and recommended for people who would like to take playing the yoyo to the next level.
So what do you say? Would you be willing to part with $50 for a yoyo? ![]()
